UserPulse, the leading user manager administration tool, goes beyond Salesforce® user removal. The app streamlines a tedious admin task when it comes time to deactivate a user or reassign permissions and relationships due to a user role change.
UserPulse combs through an entire Org and finds every user-connected assignment rule, approval process, dashboard, workflow email, workflow task, group, and site. It then pulls them into a single dashboard for viewing at a glance.
Prior to using UserPulse, you’re going to be required to run an initial review of your users and their corresponding metadata. Refresh times vary per Salesforce org and you’ll receive an email once the refresh is completed. Once the initial refresh is completed, you can start leveraging the awesomeness of UserPulse.
Similar to search engines, UserPulse needs to comb through your user data periodically in order to have the latest user data. UserPulse currently only offers a manual refresh of the data, but we’re investigating automating the index process for a future version.
